How does receipt scanning work?

Take a photo of your receipt, shop invoice, or screenshot your online order confirmation. Our AI (powered by GPT-4 Vision) automatically extracts the part name, cost, vendor, date, and even labor costs from shop invoices. Receipt photos are saved with each expense for your records. Pro users get 50 AI scans per month.

What kind of vehicles can I track?

Any vehicle! Cars, trucks, motorcycles, ATVs—if you're modding it, you can track it. We support all makes and models with brand-specific logos for most manufacturers.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. Your data is stored securely in the cloud with encryption. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I share my build with others?

What platforms is BuildSheet available on?

Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?

Yes! To cancel, go to Settings → Subscription → "Open Billing Portal" and select "Cancel plan." You'll keep Pro access until your current billing period ends, and your data is never deleted—you just downgrade to Free plan features. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
